  • Purpose of Processing: Data regarding electronic mail (addresses and

    any other data of a personal nature entered voluntarily by the user) sent via different “mailto”-type links to PRIVATE BUSINESS CENTER staff are not saved. They are solely used to respond to the aforementioned electronic mail in question. PRIVATE BUSINESS CENTER saves users’ IP address for statistical purposes regarding anonymous connections (log file) or to analyze possible site dysfunctions, security loopholes, or malicious intrusions.

  • Recipients to whom the data might be disclosed: Data of a personal nature are only transmitted to staff responsible for processing requests at PRIVATE BUSINESS CENTER and Halisol General Partners SA. This data may be transmitted to people outside of PRIVATE BUSINESS CENTER if necessary to process the user’s request.
